How do I make a warranty claim on my car360 warranty add-on plan?

If you need to make a claim on your car360 extended warranty add-on plan, please follow these simple steps: 1. Report an issue within the first 14 days Call the Car360 Support Line on 01543 277 347 and our team will assist you. 2. Claim for a fault outside a breakdown • Take your vehicle to any VAT-registered garage • Ask the garage to contact our warranty department on 0344 573 8005 and provide: - Your warranty number (from the validation certificate) - Vehicle registration - Date of failure and mileage at that time - A detailed repair estimate •Once authorised, the administrator will issue a claim number to the garage The garage must include that claim number on the invoice made out to ‘Car360’ and send it, with any requested receipts, to: Car Care Plan Limited Jubilee House 5 Mid Point Business Park Thornbury West Yorkshire BD3 7AG We will then settle the approved repair cost direct with the administrator. Please remember that none of these steps affect your statutory consumer rights. If you break down outside the UK, repairs must be carried out in an EU or EFTA country, and costs will be reimbursed at the UK labour and parts rates in sterling.
