How can I claim a second key for my vehicle?

If your vehicle is supplied with 1 key, you can request a second one.

At car360, we’re always transparent about the number of keys included with each vehicle. If a car is listed with 1 key, this will be shown clearly on the vehicle page before you buy.

We offer a £150 contribution towards the cost of having a spare key made, and any amount above £150 would be payable by you directly.

To be eligible for this contribution, your request must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase.
