Here’s what you need to know: When to call: For any breakdown, puncture or accident that leaves you unable to drive, ring our 24-hour helpline on 0344 573 8163. What to tell the rescue co-ordinator: Your name and confirmation you’re a Car360 customer Your warranty number and vehicle registration Your location and a brief description of the problem (for example, your tyre size if you have a puncture) Services covered: Home and roadside assistance, including call-out fees and mileage for repairs on the spot Recovery to the nearest VAT-registered garage if the vehicle cannot be fixed at the roadside Transportation of you and any passengers to home or planned destination if garage recovery isn’t possible Car and trailer recovery (trailers up to 23 ft with standard hitch) at no extra cost Message service: two free messages to home or office to let them know you’ve broken down Accident cover: recovery to a nominated UK address if your vehicle is legally undrivable Toll and ferry fees in the UK for valid claims Battery-range or fuel-run-out cover (limit of two call-outs per warranty period) Please note: Certain costs and situations are not covered (for example, parts, specialist equipment, key-related assistance, overseas tolls, unauthorised repairs or more than six call-outs per year).
