Do all cars come with both keys?

Not always. Whenever a manufacturer supplied two sets of keys, we include both, but some arrive with only one.

At car360, we’re always transparent about the number of keys included with each vehicle. If a car is listed with 1 key, this will be shown clearly on the vehicle page before you buy.

If your vehicle is supplied with one key, you can request a second one. We offer a £150 contribution towards the cost of having a spare key made, and any amount above £150 would be payable by you directly.

To be eligible for this contribution, your request must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase.
