Can I cancel my reservation or order?

Yes, you can. The process depends on what stage you are at:

  • Cancelling a reservation: You can cancel at any time by contacting your EV specialist directly or by filling out our cancellation form. Once we receive your request, we’ll process the cancellation and confirm it with you.

    • If you haven’t made any additional payments, your £99 reservation fee is fully refundable.
    • However, if you change your mind within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to retain the fee to cover aborted delivery costs.

  • Cancelling an order: If your order has already been placed, please contact your EV specialist directly. They will guide you through the next steps and confirm the cancellation.
