Can I cancel my reservation or order?

Yes, you can. The process depends on what stage you are at:

• Cancelling a reservation: You can cancel at any time by contacting your EV specialist directly or by filling out our cancellation form. Once we receive your request, we’ll process the cancellation and confirm it with you.

• Cancelling an order: If your order has already been placed, please contact your EV Specialist directly. They will guide you through the next steps and confirm the cancellation.

  • Please note that if this occurs within 72 hours of your scheduled handover and a delivery has already been booked, we reserve the right to retain the delivery fee, as the vehicle movement will be considered an aborted delivery.
