Can I add my personal number plate to my new car before it's delivered?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to add your personal number plate before delivery. If you're part exchanging a vehicle, make sure you remove the plate beforehand, as the V5C will be posted to you and not handed over in person. Once you've received the V5C for your new car, you can complete the plate transfer through the DVLA.
